The Western Cape Mobility Department has developed this Freight Website to provide a central resource for freight related matters.

It serves as a platform for sharing the Western Cape Province’s freight-related information and for showcasing freight-related initiatives.

The website serves as the provincial Freight Data Bank (FDB) and contains general freight information, tools and links; the Western Cape Freight Demand Model (WCFDM); and in future, other applications for use by registered users.
